These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Run Again Rover website, digital products, and related services offered by Run Again Rover, LLC (“Run Again Rover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, purchasing a product, or using Run Again Rover materials, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.

About Run Again Rover

Run Again Rover, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company focused on general education for dog owners preparing for and caring for a dog during CCL surgery and recovery.

Run Again Rover's founder and creator is a dog owner and caregiver. She is not a veterinarian, veterinary technician, veterinary rehabilitation professional, physical therapist, or other veterinary medical professional.

Age Requirements

The Run Again Rover website and services are intended for individuals age 13 and older.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from Run Again Rover, LLC.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Educational Information Only

Run Again Rover provides general educational information about preparing for CCL surgery and caring for a dog during recovery.

Run Again Rover does not provide veterinary services and does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or medication, select or recommend a surgical procedure for an individual dog, select veterinarians, provide veterinary rehabilitation, or prescribe physical therapy or rehabilitation programs.

Run Again Rover materials are not a substitute for individualized veterinary advice.

Your veterinarian's or surgeon's instructions for your dog take precedence over general information provided by Run Again Rover.

If your veterinarian gives you instructions that differ from information in a Run Again Rover product, follow your veterinarian's instructions and ask your veterinarian for clarification when necessary.

Emergencies and Individual Medical Concerns

Run Again Rover is not an emergency service and does not provide on-call veterinary or recovery monitoring.

Do not wait for a response from Run Again Rover if you are concerned about your dog's health, incision, pain, medication, behavior, mobility, recovery, or possible complication.

Contact your veterinarian, surgeon, veterinary emergency service, or another qualified veterinary professional.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Every dog, surgery, medical history, recovery, and caregiving situation is different.

Run Again Rover does not guarantee that use of its products or information will prevent complications, eliminate mistakes, avoid veterinary visits, shorten recovery, produce a particular surgical result, or lead to any particular recovery outcome.

The purpose of Run Again Rover is to provide education, preparation, organization, and caregiving information—not to guarantee a medical result.

Digital Products

Run Again Rover may sell downloadable digital products relating to CCL surgery preparation, caregiving, and recovery, including the CCL Recovery Toolkit and related resources.

Unless a product description states otherwise, a digital purchase provides the purchaser with a limited license to use the purchased materials for personal and household purposes.

A purchaser may use the CCL Recovery Toolkit for more than one dog within the purchaser's own household.

You may download and retain your purchased copy and may print a copy for your own personal household use.

Personal Use Only

Your purchase does not grant permission to:

• Forward or give the digital product to another person.

• Upload the product or any substantial portion of it to a website, Facebook group, forum, cloud folder, social network, file-sharing service, or other location for others to access.

• Sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product.

• Reproduce or distribute pages, sections, graphics, checklists, or other proprietary material to clients, customers, patients, group members, or the public.

• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

• Use Run Again Rover materials as your own educational or commercial product.

• Incorporate Run Again Rover materials into a paid service, professional program, course, handout, veterinary practice resource, training service, rehabilitation service, or other commercial offering without written permission.

Veterinarians and Other Professionals

The standard consumer purchase is for personal and household use only.

Veterinarians, veterinary practices, trainers, rehabilitation professionals, breeders, rescues, educators, businesses, and other professionals may purchase a copy for their own personal review, but that purchase does not grant a professional, institutional, redistribution, client-use, or commercial license.

Run Again Rover may offer separate professional or veterinary licensing arrangements in the future.

Any professional or organizational use requires separate written permission or a separate license from Run Again Rover, LLC.

Intellectual Property

The Run Again Rover website, CCL Recovery Toolkit, Caregiver's Emotional Support Guide, downloadable materials, written content, original graphics, checklists, educational materials, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Run Again Rover, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license described in these Terms, no ownership interest or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you when you make a purchase.

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in termination of access and other remedies available under law.

Product Versions, Updates, and Downloads

You are purchasing the version of the digital product made available to you at the time of your purchase.

Run Again Rover may revise, correct, expand, replace, or update its products at any time.

A later purchaser may therefore receive a version that differs from a version purchased earlier.

If an updated version happens to remain available through Run Again Rover's delivery platform, a prior purchaser may be able to access it. However, purchasing a product does not create a promise that Run Again Rover will provide all future revisions or maintain online download access indefinitely.

You are responsible for downloading and safely retaining your purchased copy.

Run Again Rover may eventually discontinue a product, website, delivery platform, or business offering.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change at any time for future purchases.

A change in price does not create a right to a partial refund or price adjustment for a completed prior purchase.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Run Again Rover does not directly store your full credit or debit card number.

Additional payment methods made available through the payment processor may be offered at Run Again Rover's discretion.

Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Run Again Rover currently offers a seven-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible consumer purchases of the CCL Recovery Toolkit.

A refund request must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase.

Please see the separate Refund Policy for details.

This voluntary seven-day guarantee does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.

Immediate Digital Delivery and International Consumer Rights

Digital products are intended to be delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase.

Some jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and European Union, provide statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for certain online purchases.

Where applicable law permits a trader to begin supplying downloadable digital content during the statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery may cause you to lose your statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Any such acknowledgment is separate from Run Again Rover's own voluntary seven-day satisfaction guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Duplicate Purchases and Delivery Problems

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate purchase after verifying the duplicate transaction.

If a technical problem prevents delivery or access to a purchased file, we will first make reasonable efforts to correct the problem and provide the product.

If we cannot reasonably deliver the purchased product, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Email Communications

Requesting a free Run Again Rover resource may also enroll you in a clearly disclosed, limited email nurture sequence if you affirmatively agree to receive those emails.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Purchasing a Run Again Rover product does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing.

Purchasers may receive necessary transactional or administrative communications concerning their purchase, such as receipts, download instructions, refund communications, or important product-access information.

Testimonials

Run Again Rover may invite customers to submit testimonials.

When you deliberately submit a testimonial for possible publication or marketing after being informed that it may be used for that purpose, you give Run Again Rover, LLC permission to reproduce, edit for length or clarity without materially changing the meaning, publish, display, and use the testimonial in Run Again Rover's website, social media, videos, and other marketing materials.

Run Again Rover will not knowingly attribute words to you that you did not communicate or materially alter the substance of your experience.

Identifiable photographs or videos submitted privately will be used for marketing only with appropriate permission.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another purchaser or dog will have the same experience or result.

Third-Party Products, Links, and Recommendations

Run Again Rover may mention or link to products, businesses, veterinarians, educational resources, social-media platforms, or other third-party services.

Run Again Rover does not control third-party websites, products, services, privacy practices, shipping, warranties, availability, or business practices.

Some links may provide Run Again Rover users with a discount without providing Run Again Rover with a commission.

If Run Again Rover or its founder has a material relationship with a company or receives compensation or another benefit connected to a recommendation, that relationship will be disclosed as required.

Guest Experts and Interviews

Run Again Rover may in the future feature interviews, articles, videos, or other content involving veterinarians, rehabilitation professionals, trainers, or other guest contributors.

The participation of a guest expert does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship between that professional and you or your dog.

Guest content remains general education unless the professional separately establishes an individual professional relationship with you outside Run Again Rover.

Community and Social Media

Run Again Rover may operate or participate in Facebook groups, YouTube channels, social-media communities, or other online forums.

Information exchanged in those spaces is general community and educational information and should not be treated as individualized veterinary advice.

Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, and community rules.

Future Products and Services

Run Again Rover may in the future offer additional CCL-related digital products, live educational sessions, consultations, professional licenses, private communities, physical merchandise, or other offerings.

Additional or different terms may apply to those products or services and will be disclosed when applicable.

No future service should be interpreted as veterinary diagnosis or treatment unless Run Again Rover expressly states otherwise and is legally qualified to provide such a service.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Run Again Rover website or products to:

• Violate applicable law.

• Infringe Run Again Rover's intellectual-property rights.

• Circumvent access or download restrictions.

• Share purchased materials with unauthorized users.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or delivery platform.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Misrepresent Run Again Rover content as your own.

• Use Run Again Rover materials commercially without permission.

Run Again Rover reserves the right to refuse or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, intellectual-property infringement, or violation of these Terms.

Information May Change

Veterinary medicine, surgical practices, professional recommendations, technology, and standards of care may change over time.

Run Again Rover makes reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but educational material may become outdated.

Users are responsible for discussing current medical questions and recommendations with their own veterinarian.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Run Again Rover website, digital products, and educational materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes and are provided without guarantees concerning individual results.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Responsibility

You remain responsible for decisions regarding your dog's care and for obtaining appropriate veterinary care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Run Again Rover, LLC is not responsible for veterinary costs, surgical complications, medical outcomes, injuries, losses, or other consequences arising from decisions made in place of individualized veterinary advice or from misuse of Run Again Rover materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Run Again Rover Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Run Again Rover may update these Terms as its website, products, services, business practices, or applicable laws change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without unnecessarily depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply where they live.

Nothing in this provision eliminates any consumer right that applicable law does not permit a business to waive.
