Refund Policy

Run Again Rover wants you to feel that your purchase was worthwhile.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The CCL Recovery Toolkit is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email carla@runagainrover.com within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase to request a refund.
To help us understand your experience and improve the Toolkit, please include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. You do not need to provide extensive detail, but we do ask that you tell us what did not meet your expectations.
Please include the email address used for the purchase or enough order information for us to locate the transaction.
Refund requests received after the seven-day period are generally not eligible for the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.
Run Again Rover may, in its discretion, make reasonable exceptions in unusual circumstances.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same Run Again Rover digital product more than once, contact us.
After confirming the duplicate transaction, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
Technical or Delivery Problems
If you do not receive your digital product or are unable to access the file because of a technical delivery problem, contact us.
We will first make reasonable efforts to correct the problem and provide the product you purchased.
If we cannot reasonably provide the purchased product, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Digital Delivery
Run Again Rover digital products are intended for immediate or prompt electronic delivery.
Customers are responsible for downloading and retaining their purchased copy. Run Again Rover does not promise to host or maintain download access indefinitely.
International Consumer Rights
The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary Run Again Rover policy.
It does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under the laws that apply to you.
For customers in jurisdictions that provide a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period for digital purchases, additional rights may apply.
Where applicable law allows immediate delivery of downloadable digital content during that statutory period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery may cause you to lose a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.
Run Again Rover's separate voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee remains available according to the terms stated above.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your bank, your credit-card issuer, or another payment provider and is outside Run Again Rover's direct control.
