Information We Collect

We try to collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate Run Again Rover and provide our products and services.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Order information, such as the product purchased, transaction date, purchase amount, and other information associated with your order.

Payment-related information. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Run Again Rover does not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card number.

Email subscription information, including your email address, subscription status, and information related to the delivery of Run Again Rover emails. Depending on our email provider's settings and applicable law, this may include information about email delivery or engagement.

Communications you voluntarily send us, including emails, questions, feedback, testimonials, and information you choose to share about your dog, such as your dog's name, breed, age, surgery date, or recovery experience.

Photos, videos, or testimonials you voluntarily submit when you choose to provide them to Run Again Rover.

Technical information. Our website platform and third-party services may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and information necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the website.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Process and fulfill purchases.

  • Deliver digital products.

  • Send receipts, download instructions, refund information, and other necessary communications relating to a purchase.

  • Deliver a free resource you requested.

  • Send Run Again Rover marketing emails when you have agreed to receive them.

  • Respond to business, privacy, refund, or customer-service inquiries.

  • Maintain records relating to purchases and refunds.

  • Protect the website and our intellectual property.

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.

  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.

  • Operate and improve Run Again Rover's business and services.

We do not use personal information to provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Free Guides and Marketing Emails

If you request a free Run Again Rover resource, such as a CCL Recovery Starter Guide, the signup form will tell you when that request also enrolls you in a limited Run Again Rover email sequence concerning CCL surgery preparation and recovery.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.

Purchasing a Run Again Rover digital product does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing emails. If you entered a Toolkit-related nurture sequence before purchasing, that sales sequence is intended to stop after your purchase.

We may still send necessary non-promotional communications relating to a purchase, including receipts, download information, product-access information, responses to refund requests, or important administrative communications relating to a product you purchased.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, Run Again Rover relies on one or more lawful bases depending on the purpose for which information is used.

Contract: when information is necessary to process a purchase, deliver a product, or administer a refund.

We use third-party providers to operate Run Again Rover.

MailerLite, which may provide our landing page, digital-product delivery, email subscription, and email communication services.

Stripe, which processes payments and related transaction information.

YouTube/Google, when YouTube videos are embedded on our website.

Domain, website, technology, security, or other service providers that assist us in operating the business.

We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

We Do Not Sell or Rent Personal Information

Run Again Rover does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

If our practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before information is used in a materially different way where required by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website platform may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Run Again Rover does not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, or advertising-tracking pixels on this landing page.

Embedded services, including YouTube, may receive information or use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with embedded content. Those technologies are controlled by the applicable third-party provider.

Where legally required, consent will be obtained before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.

If Run Again Rover later adds analytics, advertising technology, or other non-essential tracking, this Privacy Policy and any required cookie controls will be updated accordingly.

Testimonials, Photos, and Videos

Run Again Rover may invite customers to submit testimonials, photographs, or videos.

We will not intentionally publish an identifiable photograph or video submitted privately to us for marketing purposes without permission.

When a person deliberately submits a testimonial for possible publication or marketing after being informed that it may be used for that purpose, Run Again Rover may use the testimonial in its website, social media, videos, or other promotional materials in accordance with the permission provided.

Anonymous comments, questions, or experiences may sometimes be discussed for educational purposes when they do not reasonably identify the individual involved.

Run Again Rover is based in the United States.

These rights are subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

Children

The Run Again Rover website and services are intended for individuals age 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from Run Again Rover, LLC. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase and agree to the applicable Terms on your behalf.

If we learn that we have knowingly collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where we should not have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, together with the security measures provided by our service providers, to protect personal information.

No website, email system, payment system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Run Again Rover's services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change.
